Overview

Tom Rath would be considered a prodigy by many. In spite of being diagnosed with a rare disease called VHL at the age of 16, he still went on to become a successful psychologist. After 13 years of leading research for Gallup, the American analytics company, and consulting for employee engagement, Rath switched to an advisory role.

Throughout his time at Gallup, Rath wrote 8 books, many of which went on to become bestsellers. They sold over 5 million copies total. In Strengthsfinder 2.0, find out how to discover your inner abilities and power, and use them in the best way possible. Everyone is strong - but our strengths don't manifest themselves in the same way. Understanding your own strengths will allow you to use them in the right context so you can succeed - no matter what the challenge is.
