Managing a business in the past has always involved many moving parts, and has not been the simplest of tasks. Between handling the finances and operations, and effectively managing people – business management has been a challenging field that requires both skill and expertise.

Many of these challenges are compounded for managers and leaders, when they are forced to lead during times of crisis.
