Introduction

Rich Fernandez is a co-founder of Wisdom Labs. This developmental consultancy specializes in mindfulness regarding the arts and sciences, as well as how to flourish at work and in life.

Fernandez was Google's Director of Executive Education, as well as Head of Learning and Organisational Development for eBay. He originally trained as a psychologist at Columbia University.
