Overview

Rich Fernandez is a co-founder of Wisdom Labs, a developmental consultancy which focuses on mindfulness regarding the arts and sciences, as well as how to flourish a work and in life. Before starting his own company, Fernandez was Director of Executive Education at Google, the Head of Learning and Organisational Development at eBay, and trained as a psychologist at Columbia University. It's a brilliant list of accomplishments, but none of them could have been possible if he didn't know how to properly handle the stress and pressure of such responsibilities.

This course will focus on how to build the right tools and adopt the right frame of mind to practice mindfulness, so that we too can find ways to switch off and keep calm in our everyday, often stressful, lives. This course covers the basics of mindfulness, how to shift from negativity to positivity, and the difference between responding and reacting.
