Introduction

Mental health is something everyone grapples with at some point in life. This is even more true for high-achievers and those with intense working careers.

During my time at Harvard Law School and working in big law, I discovered just how little folks at 'the top' prioritize themselves, and the dire consequences of such misplaced priorities.

I quit a $200K+ job to focus on mental health and raise awareness for it, reminding the world that there is more to life than a paycheck, career title, or the traditional notions of 'success.'
