Can you focus?: A study into the correlation between focus and social media usage
At Uptime, we want to discover the relationship between the prevalence of ADHD-symptoms and social media usage.
About 2.2% of children and 2.8% of adults lives with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder worldwide, making it one of the most common neurodevelopmental conditions (source).
At Uptime, we want to explore how much social media has influenced how we navigate today's landscape, including our productivity, attention, and ability to focus. We’ve put together a quick and easy quiz for people to complete to gather information on how many of us are feeling stressed, overwhelmed, and having difficulty navigating the distractions of daily life.
From there, we will compile our research to investigate the responses. We're also offering a total of $5,000 to split amongst 20 randomly-selected participants who complete this quiz (which only takes 2 minutes). Although this quiz is not a replacement for a diagnostic tool, it can be used to inform you if you have forms of focus issues.
Note: as a thank you for taking the time to do our quiz the first 5,000 applicants will be entered into a prize draw for their chance to win a share of $5,000.
