Documentary filmmaker James Tovell introduces us to the wonders of Wahtye's tomb and the Bubasteion in Saqqara, Egypt.

One of the greatest archeological discoveries in Egypt took place in 2018.

After months of excavations in the ancient Saqqara necropolis, a team of Egyptian archeologists uncovered an astonishingly well-preserved tomb built in the 25th century B.C.

The tomb held Wahtye, a high-ranking ancient Egyptian priest, and his family. Further groundbreaking discoveries were made in the surrounding area of the tomb, including a mummified lion.
