Introduction

I've been hosting and producing the 21andsensory podcast since I started it in 2017. There are currently over 60 episodes available to listen to, and at the moment, I release episodes every two to four weeks.

Discussions include asking guests about their lived experiences of (in no particular order) autism, sensory processing, ADHD, OCD, FASD, FND, cerebral Palsy, sight impairments, Tourette's, anorexia, dyslexia, dyspraxia, dyscalculia, Alexithymia, hypermobility, Ehlers-Danlos syndromes, and much more.

In this hack, I'll be focusing on Episode 16 of my podcast, which is focused on my own autism diagnosis.
