Motherhood is a whirlwind that no amount of pregnancy books can truly prepare you for.
Many postpartum issues may come as a surprise but are perfectly normal. In some instances, though, professional help may be needed. This is why it is important to be able to identify what is common, and what is not.
In this course, experts from Trinity College Dublin and Universitat de Barcelona provide insight into women's health in the weeks and months following birth.
Dr. Deirdre Daly is an Assistant Professor in Midwifery at Trinity College Dublin.
Cinny Cusak is the Physiotherapy Manager in the Rotunda Hospital in Dublin, Ireland.
