Introduction
Many of us have food intolerances that we neglect or ignore, but one way to feel better in your gut, body, and perhaps even your mind is to take back control of what foods you consume to live your best life.
Most of my life, I suffered from significant health issues, and I went to numerous doctors with no diagnosis.
I started to recognize that, for me, the foods I was consuming were the culprit of my symptoms. That was the beginning of my personal health journey — my road to freedom from the physical pain and symptoms that controlled my life.
My name is Gina Fontana, the creator behind the popular food blog Healthy Little Vittles, where I share delicious gluten-free and plant-based vegan recipes.
In this Hack I offer simple dietary changes that could make you feel better in both body and mind.
