There is a difference between feeling lazy and choosing to brand yourself as a lazy person. One is temporary, the other one, a full-time excuse.

Introduction
Rainy days. The cold weather. Weekends. Holidays. These are just some of the things that make us feel too lazy to even get up and start our day.
For some reason, we often use these situations to allow ourselves to stay a little longer in bed or totally take the day off.
However, in the process of doing so, we forget the value of showing up, taking responsibility for ourselves, and honoring our commitment to others, whether on a personal or professional note.
But don't get me wrong: it's OK to take a break once in a while. We all cannot be operating at our peak at all times. Self-care is necessary for us to recalibrate and therefore it must be included in our daily routines.
Laziness, on the other hand, is something we shouldn't tolerate because we compromise not only our output, but also our relationship with others (and even with ourselves) if we continuously subscribe to it.
