After spending most of his life as a conforming low-achiever, Chris Kyle decided to take a more proactive approach towards reclaiming ownership of his life. Kyle realized that the only way to reach these goals was to develop habits that contributed to his targets on a daily basis.

Knowing fully well how he had a hard time committing to healthy habits, Chris Kyle developed the first ever version of The Habit Journal™, as an aid for his new, more productive lifestyle. The journal worked so well for him, he decided to share it with the rest of the world. In this course, Kyle demonstrates how we can begin to use The Habit Journal™ to achieve our own goals just as he did.
