When you start delving into what we do know about the human mind, it makes us question just what it is really capable of when it comes to paranormal phenomena. Not everything is what it seems.

Nothing is proven when it comes to the paranormal. Everything that people talk about is based on experience and speculation from that particular person. What is proven is psychology.

I am an author and creator of the paranormal blog Living Life in Full Spectrum.

My aim is to provide information on the paranormal and different psychological phenomena that may be perceived as paranormal, and tie it in with my own experiences. My hope is that a person can refer to the information with all the different views I have presented and make their own judgments.

We know that our brains can fool us. We also know within us that there is something more to it, or we wouldn’t be here searching for answers.

It is up to you to decide what it is you have experienced.
