As a young boy, Justin Michael Williams dreamt of being a singer, but a childhood filled with bullying, violence, and abuse led him to give up hope.
After Williams' grandmother died, he turned his life around and is now a successful writer, speaker, and musician who works at the intersection of music, meditation, and justice.
In Stay Woke: A Meditation Guide for the Rest of Us, Williams acknowledges that many who want to try meditation are blocked.
