Saarah Bokhari is a Ph.D. Researcher on the Greater War and an award-winning author of two books. After witnessing war, she was inspired to further research the parallel between war metaphors and spiritual striving.

During her Master’s at LSE, Bokhari saw that metaphors for spiritual striving complemented war theories, which went to great lengths to explore the nature of human beings and their unending quest for the power - a power that lies within.
