Photos are like cocktails. I was at a bar in Hong Kong drinking a really nice cocktail, and I asked myself: how is it possible to make the same amazing drink every single time?

The answer is obvious: you have a recipe, and you just need to follow it. The whiskey sour recipe is the same every single time.
