Overview

Does cooking nutritious food have to be difficult? Marco Canora grew up watching his mom pick fresh vegetables from their garden and cook healthy but delicious meals for her family. Today, Canora is an award-winning chef and entrepreneur who has appeared on the Food Network show, Chopped.

After years working as a chef in multiple notable restaurants, Canora opened Hearth Restaurant in Manhattan in 2003. Canora later started selling bone broth to-go out of a side window, leading to the creation of a new business called Brodo, which now ships broth all over the United States.

In this episode of The Tim Ferriss Show, a podcast hosted by the renowned author and lifestyle influencer, Canora sits down to discuss his backstory, his thoughts on nutrition, and the future of Brodo.
