Do you have a voice inside that looks at your life and wonders, 'is this all there is?'

I wondered that for pretty much my entire life.

I'm Dina Proctor. I hit rock bottom when I could not quit drinking to numb my emotions and made a plan for my suicide. When you hit bottom, there is nowhere to go but up.

In my darkest point, I developed a simple meditation that brought me to a deep place of inner peace. The method is three minutes because I couldn't sit still for longer than that!

Going from my lowest point to my highest point took about eight weeks. It changed my outlook on life, how I manage time and productivity, and overhauled my relationships, all starting with three minutes of meditation three times a day.
