Hi, I’m Lara Osseiran, a former corporate marketing-communications professional turned designer, artist, and content creator.

Through intentional lifestyle habits and science-backed design, I help others rediscover joy, balance, and wellbeing while creating beautiful and functional spaces.

At one point, I thought I had it all figured out. I had a thriving career, juggling deadlines, projects, and meetings like a pro. But somewhere along the way, I lost sight of myself.
