Fuelled by the COVID-19 pandemic, teachers across the world have found themselves in the stressful, demanding position of moving their lessons online.

The online environment presents many obstacles to navigate. It requires teachers to be patient, empathetic, and innovative when planning and delivering their lessons.

How to Teach Online was created by FutureLearn's own Learning Design team: Felicity Parsisson, Andrew Morton, and Rummi Bassi.

The instructors use their multidisciplinary expertise in learning design, edtech, and teaching to empower teachers with the skills necessary to deliver inspiring online education.
