Introduction
Self-care doesn't need to feel daunting or unattainable. Like all things, it's best to start small.
I'm Kendal Thompson, a singer-songwriter, writer, and artist. Like most, I felt overwhelmed and underappreciated, which greatly affected my relationships with others, myself, and my art.
Learning how to care for myself, listen to myself, and understand my own needs opened up a whole new world for me. My friendships improved, my view of myself and the world improved, and my career improved as well.
I help people implement self-care through The Everyday Self-Care Daily Check in Journal, which is simply designed to inspire everyday use. Over time, daily self-care causes big changes in leading a more aligned and inspired life.
