Introduction

I'm Tegan. Yoga found me at a young age and has been there ever since. I've been learning about and teaching yoga since I was 19.

My mom brought yoga into our home, and I decided that if I wanted to know about it, I needed to find out for myself. That's when my dad and I did our first training together.

I started teaching in 2011 and have been attending a variety of training since, including training in India, Germany, and the U.S.

In 2017, I decided I was ready to impart what I'd learnt, so I started my own school and began running teacher training.
