What practices do we have in place that increase accessibility for people with disabilities? How can we be more inclusive, and how does inclusion stand to benefit everyone, regardless of ability?

Haben Girma's vision and hearing were significantly impaired from birth, but her disability has not prevented her from living a fulfilling, adventurous life.

Girma found that the obstacles that arose were not due to her disability but rather the lack of societal accommodation and inclusivity.

As the first deafblind graduate of Harvard Law School, Haben Girma offers unique insights on growing up with a disability and how she worked with it to find incredible success.
