I know how much dating can take a toll on your mental health and self-esteem. The good news is that it doesn’t have to be that way.
My name is Leah Aguirre and I am a clinical therapist and mental health advocate. I specialize in working with women, equipping them with the tools to overcome trauma, manage anxiety, build self-esteem, and navigate dating and relationships.
For many, dating can feel like an uphill battle. While it can be fun and exciting, it can also be incredibly disappointing and discouraging. It requires a lot of time, energy, and emotion. You have to show up, time and time again with an open mind and heart, which, over time, can lead to burnout.
Dating can start to feel like a hamster wheel, where you don’t know which way is up. Fortunately, it doesn’t have to be this hard.
