Cooking can be intimidating. I'm here to make it as approachable as possible.
French cuisine is what I was born into, a culture that surrounded me for most of my youth.
When I became an adult, I moved to London and was first introduced to new cultures, starting with Asian influences, which would become the epicentre of my craft: a modern French-Asian cuisine with a touch of molecular techniques.
