I found I could say things with color and shapes that I couldn't say any other way — things I had no words for.

Introduction
Britt Fabello is a mixed-media artist living in Los Angeles, CA. She uses her art to dive into the depths of her memories while intentionally slowing the creative process down to inspire a more reflective and meditative practice.
Art is an expression of who we are. We use it to show different sides of us, let others in on how we view our environments, and express our inner thoughts. It's a way to translate the world around us in our own unique ways.
When we hone in on the process of creating art, creation becomes a part of the artwork itself. When we think about each individual step, including our choice of materials, the practice becomes deeper.
Through reflection and slowing down, we can find meditation in the practice of making art.
