Health. It sounds like a simple concept, especially when most people use the word in an unexamined fashion. I can assure you that health is indeed simple... and also incredibly complex.

It is simple in that it all comes down to diet and exercise, just as you might expect.

It is complex in that, despite the solutions being painfully obvious, most people still suffer from health issues.

But first, why the hell should you listen to me?

Great question. I am a five-time international champion in competitive parkour and currently help direct the development of The Human Universal Health Institute in Denver, CO.

Those are my most relevant qualifications to speak on health, but ultimately, my relevance to your journey depends on you. Who are you? What are your health goals? How do you define health?
