By taking the Quiz, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by Uptime’s Terms and Conditions, which can be found here.  You further understand that the Quiz and Quiz results are being provided to you for educational and entertainment purposes only, and are not intended to be any sort of medical or health advice or information.  You should not rely on any information contained in the Quiz or its results to make any health decisions, and Uptime is not responsible for any such decisions or actions.

The data that Uptime collects through this ADHD quiz (“Quiz”) about you as the data subject includes your email address and Quiz responses. These data are processed to generate Quiz results, which are presented to you in an interpretive summary. Uptime uses such personally identifiable data only for this purpose. If you decide to download the Uptime application and register as a user, Uptime’s Privacy Policy, which can be found here, further discloses all of the ways information is processed when you register.

Uptime will hold your Quiz result data for 6 months once you complete the Quiz and generate a report, after which your data is fully anonymised. Once anonymised, the information no longer contains personally identifiable data, and as such is outside the scope of the GDPR. Uptime may use the  anonymised Quiz data for research purposes or for other internal purposes.  However, Uptime will never disclose the data that has been collected, whether before or after it has been anonymized, to any third party.
