Mindfulness at Work: The Basics is an enlightening audio-only course developed from collaboration between Sounds True; a spiritual wisdom multimedia publishing company, and Tara Brach; a teacher, psychologist, author and proponent of Buddhist meditation. In this course Sounds True and Brach explore how we can begin to use those very same practices to get powerfully fulfilling experiences in the workplace.
